We dispatch products within 1-2 working days and ship worldwide.
For the UK:

Rest of the world:
Free shipping, International tracked (6-8 working days) £0.00
DHL Express (3-4 working days) £37.00
NEXT WORKING DAY or SATURDAY delivery is available for UK deliveries only. Please place your order no later than 3pm on a working day.
Duties & taxes included
We cover all import duties and taxes upfront for deliveries to Austria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, and the United States — so there are no customs charges on delivery, no surprise fees, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Portugal and Sweden coming soon.
For all other destinations, local customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
Returns
You may return items to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them, without specifying any reason.
If there are any issues with your product, or if you find that it does not fit, please contact info@semoncashmere.com or use the chat button to arrange a refund or exchange. We will be happy to exchange it for another style or colour, if preferred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a couple of days of receipt at SEMON Cashmere.
