NEXT WORKING DAY or SATURDAY delivery is available for UK deliveries only. Please place your order no later than 3pm on a working day.

 

Returns

You may return items to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of when you receive them without specifying any reason.

If there are any problems with your product or simply find the product does not fit, please contact info@semoncashmere.com or via the CHAT button to process the refund or exchange. We will be happy to exchange it for another style or colour, if preferred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days of receipt at SEMON Cashmere.
